You might want to rethink your decision to travel with Evgatsauto if you're anticipating a comfortable experience. The website is like trying to find your way through a labyrinth, and the support staff is about as helpful as a car that's missing its wheels. After placing an order for a replacement component, I was informed that it would appear in three days. After three weeks, there is still no sign of the component. After I contacted customer support, they did not provide any solutions and instead gave me the runaround. It appears as though they have absolutely no concern for the people who buy their products.
