When my daughter told me that glycine supplements might help sleep, I ordered some of them in different forms (capsules, other capsules in the Genius sleep formula, and this bulk). What I've learned is that it's best to infuse as glycine has a very mild, sweet flavor and is great to add to any tea or coffee! It's similar to sugar and can be kept in a small bowl on your desk. Many people may not even notice the difference with sugar. Now I need less stevia. Capsules are simply not needed. The Genius sleep formula adds a few other ingredients that are extremely beneficial for sleep (such as one that metabolizes caffeine to remove it from your body if it's working against you!), but it's quite expensive in the Compared to simple glycine.
