I like that is allows me to use my own questions, answers or polls for surveys! It also helps with customer service issues when they are not able to resolve an issue themselves through other channels such as emailing support@customanswers.com etc., it has saved us so much time in getting back customers who have problems solved quickly! The only thing i dislike about customanswees would be if you were unable too add your logo/design into their system (this may change though). This program saves our team A LOT of work by allowing us access directly from emails we receive asking how can help them solve there problem? We don't need to go out searching each person's question because all those people will come straight here via this software instead using up valuable resources going outside looking at websites trying to find solutions ourselves which takes forever!!
