Review on πŸ“± TEASTAR 7-inch Hard Carrying Travel GPS Case: Zipper Bag Pouch Cover for Garmin Nuvi, Tomtom, Magellan Roadmate, and More by Devon Holmes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very roomy for a 7 " Garmin GPS, nice and thin for a glove box

This is a nice standard zipped hard case for anything that fits. My new Garmin DriveSmart LMT-S (7" screen) is bigger than my old one and its case so I needed a new case. Personally I prefer a case this thin so it fits easily in my glove box or backpack without feeling bulky. I chose another one, the 2, 5" thick that housed the PSU and took up some space, but I chose this one because I think the thinner and easier assembly is much more convenient. To be honest I just throw the PSU away and dash in Mount ziploc I just want to protect the screen is there room for a USB flat cable or something if you already have a USB adapter in the car for power It has a slight to moderate chemical odor. outer hard shell. I'm quite sensitive to smells, so I realize, but for something I keep in my glove box or my bag and use from time to time, this is normal and I expect it to dissipate. I just don't want it on a watch strap or a shirt that I wear and am in constant contact with. Funny it smells exactly like the other case that came with the camera I just received which appears to be made out of the same material. I suspect this is very common and not specific to this manufacturer. It's technically larger than my actual device, so it takes up very little space. That's why I show in the image that it's been moved to the bottom corner to create perspective. But this is a universal case that fits a lot of things, not my device, and it clearly states its internal dimensions, so there's not much to say.

Pros
  • GPS Accessories
Cons
  • Slightly torn
