Disappointing Performance from Electronic Lock

As a hesitant buyer in Tools and Home Improvement category, I purchased this electronic alternative for my doors. As a result of my tests, I determined that the lock frequently malfunctioned and required repeated attempts to lock and unlock. The one positive aspect is the sleek design; however, the disappointing locking mechanism ultimately outweighs the aesthetic value.
