Installation was fairly easy and the instructions were clear enough to get the job done. Programming was easy, flow charts guide you through the steps. There's no tactile feel from the buttons, although the lock emits a "beep" when a button is pressed. The blue backlight is bad. In bright sunlight, it can be difficult to tell if you've activated the keyboard. I like the ability to self lock the lock after 5 seconds OR leave the door open until another code is entered. We leave the door open all day and this feature allows us to do just that. In general, the lock is value for money. The tactile feel is the only improvement I would wish for.
