The ability to send out the payroll, the reports that are easy to read and understand, the ability to assign tasks to employees, the ability to update and change pay rates and the security of the system. I dislike the fact that it takes a long time to do something simple like add an employee or change their salary. It would be nice if you could do those things quickly so that you don't have to wait too long before you can start working again. If you're looking for a payroll system that will take care of your personnel issues then this is the one! You get all the basic functions you need without having to go through a lot of extra steps.
