I was very happy to get this hub for my laptop at work. As soon as it arrived I plugged it in and plugged in my keyboard, mouse, mic and speakers and it worked great and was picked up straight away. Laptop powered off and disconnected from the hub. Went back the next day, plugged and plugged the hub back in, and nothing. Keyboard, microphone and speakers are on but not working. The mouse wouldn't even turn on. I've tried changing ports, messing around with one-time keys, even checking for updated drivers or firmware, but nothing. The laptop just didn't even recognize it was plugged in. I tried it on another computer and the same result as if it didn't even connect. Return and buy another hub
