Review on OptiMine by Paul Rose

What I like best about Optimi is it's simplicity in use. The dashboard is pretty easy to navigate & understand for most users even if they are not technically savvy. It also allows you to quickly build out custom dashboards without having to learn many new tools or spend hours reading documentation. If you're looking for an omni channel solution then this will fit your needs nicely! We needed something simple that would allow us to measure our overall e-comm effectiveness across multiple devices (e.g., mobile / desktop) as well as different marketing initiatives within each device type and we didn't have time to set up separate solutions. With Optimine, we were able to integrate all these measurements into one place and easily see where there might be room for improvement with specific campaigns/initiatives. Also, since the software itself doesn't require too much IT support, it was relatively inexpensive to implement. Our biggest challenge has been getting the reporting team to begin.
