I am a main Amazon worker and my parents needed this for the only van to drive, we thought it would be quick reliable and easy to install. This item was well priced but the wrong size, it didn't fit the van we were able to make ourselves. We had to spend several days without our own transport and pay over £200 to get a workshop to fix it. We also called Amazon customer service thinking we could get help with the issue but unfortunately we were unable to get support for this issue. We're just very excited, frustrated and very frustrated with the whole situation. My parents and I are very disappointed with this whole situation!
