I like that it's easy for me as an individual user, not so much from within my organization but because they have such great customer service! It has been very helpful being able solve some problems remotely using their software when we are out in different states or countries at times with our customers' issues (we provide support). They also make sure you understand what your options truly entail before signing up - if there were any questions about how something would work prior-to us getting into them long term this was cleared right away by someone who had done those things already!!
