- Great communication between both parties.- The team is very knowledgeable in this area as healthcare solutions are their specialty.- I had all my questions answered about what was needed for our business,- This program will allow us continue being able run operations while still meeting legal requirements & best practices! Nothing at present but if we have any issues or other concerns they take care immediately and make recommendations and address them before going into production phase which benefits me tremendously!! The support team is very friendly & knowledgeable about our organization's needs! They are committed in making it happen for us every time we have an issue or question they always respond quickly so that I can get back at work asap! Would love if there was more training available online but overall great experience working w/ them thus far!! Great fit b4 signing up!!
