When I call tech support multiple times, I always get a full voicemail box! Hmm, red flag? I tried to use it, it worked intermittently and now it's dead: dead, keeps telling me to check the connection, which I did, even bought 2 brand new cables and tested on 2 computers, not working, moreover I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software deployment for useless. Waiting for a call back/email to see if this is a common occurrence or if they can help with an exchange? Will be updated.
