Review on 💧 Kohler GP77006-RP Ceramic Valve: Enhanced Performance and Durability, Rough Plate Design - One Size by Donald Gore

Bought this cartridge plus the matching hot water cartridge as my old ones leaked. I got the model numbers direct from Kohler and physically both hot and cold flow fit well. compared to Kohler's 192 oz/min). This is a trickle. When I completely remove the cartridge, full flow/pressure flows from the top of the valve, so the water pressure and flow to the cartridge is fine. I texted back and forth with Kohler support and they were quick to offer replacement cartridges which I have just received and am having the exact same issue. I'm kind of stuck at this point and don't know what to do other than replace the entire faucet. Very frustrating.
