Every fall I make wine from freshly squeezed grape juice. This is my fifth season and this product has taken the taste to the next level. Since I don't age the wine in barrels, it tastes a bit fruity, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I lack the body that barrel aging imparts. This is a great way to get that body part that my wine was missing. I used 2 sticks per 6 gallon bottle and it tastes great. They provide a pleasant aroma of oak barrels. Friends and family love my wine and so do I. This product is now used in my wine every year. For your health!
