It arrived yesterday and I followed the instructions carefully to put in a new grease cartridge and prime the pump. When grease came out of the dosing head nozzle, according to the instructions I rotated the head and barrel, installed the flexible hose and coupler, but when it was installed on the nipple, the grease did not go. I removed the tube and repeated the prep process - about 10 times and used about half a tube of lube, but couldn't get the lube to flow under pressure. I have found that when I place my thumb on the end of the dosing head nozzle after priming and pull the trigger there is no pressure (unlike my other grease gun where I can't resist the flow) and when I pull the back big finger before releasing the trigger, he sucks the lube back into the head. If I leave the flex hose off for a few minutes, grease slowly oozes out of the dosing head due to spring pressure on the piston rod, but that's the only pressure I can get from the gun. i will return it
