Not a very good product. or customer service in general. My advice: choose something else. This is one of those products with a one-year warranty. However. If it doesn't work for a year (like mine) they want you to send it back to them. so a technician can review the problem and determine if a replacement will be sent. Sending it back to the company costs me more than a replacement. When asked, they were able to send me the broken part. I was told they don't stock parts. key only. Yet again. My advice would be to go to another company.
