Review on MOONCOOL Backrest Bicycle Tricycle Oversize by Jeremy Flint

Seat looks ok, back also. I tried to mount the backrest but the plastic clamp bracket doesn't fit in the gap in the metal frame. The mount could be for a different model or just poorly designed. I contacted Revain to see if they would replace the bracket. They sent me a full seat and gear. The second seat had the same problem as the first. I contacted Revain and was given prepaid UPS labels to return both seats and am receiving a full refund. The service team was great. They were responsive and quick. I want the seat to work for me.
