Review on airRM by Ron Patel

I like how it has an easy to use interface for my business since we are very new with this program. It does not have all of our needs yet but they keep adding more features so its getting there! We love being able to track sales in one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets open at once. This makes managing our orders much easier as well!! The only thing i dislike about Air RM thus far is their customer service can be lacking sometimes when you need help right away or something doesn't work correctly after updating your system. They also don't always respond back quick enough if needed too either. For now though everything else works great so thats what matters most. Having all information available from 1 spot helps us stay organized throughout the day.
