Useful but not the best.

Plastic and round means easy to roll when filled. It would take sand to make it weigh 50 pounds however. Also, the support pole screws in from the bottom and was pretty wobbly when fully tightened. I wouldn’t use this as a stand alone but under a table would be ok.
