This review relates to the high-quality 8.5" black dome reflector from Zilla. Other mixed reviews here are of other models. This is a solid dome with a porcelain socket that has a built in switch. It has no loop for hanging. However, if you want to place it directly on the screen, this is perfect. The price includes a small clamp with three attached springs that securely attach the mount to the screen. This feature eliminates the possibility of the fixture being knocked over or misaligned, especially if, like me, you have a top with a hinged front. Considering the spring clip sells for $3-4 alone, this is a steal.
