I bought this to work on some soldering projects and I am very impressed with how well it works. I have another microscope with Bluetooth, but I always have a hard time working with my phone. It's really nice to have a built in display so this device works standalone OR with a phone app. Image quality is decent enough for what you're paying, but it's certainly not the super high quality you can get from a $1,000+ micro soldering microscope. Definitely not a professional scope for serious work, but perfect for the casual hobbyist who needs decent hands-free magnification.
