I have ordered several sets of PipeDecor - all disappointed for the following reasons: 1. Several pipes were damaged, with long, sharp indentations on the sides that could easily damage the skin.2. All were covered with a stubborn layer of oily grime that neither rubbing nor wet towels could completely remove. Although the whistles I received were the same color, they were two completely different colors: black (as advertised) and raw steel. If I were to buy tubing cheaply from the plumbing section of a hardware store, I wouldn't mind. But the whole idea of PipeDecor seems to be that you buy them to make furniture so they're of consistent "furniture quality" and clean enough to handle. In contrast, the PipeDecor pipes I received were just as good as the ones I bought at the hardware store, only more expensive.
