I like that it's easy for me as an administrator of my laboratory, since everything can be done online without downloading or installing software in our computers; It allows us save considerable time with reports generated automatically by LIMS information stored at any moment into each test item (test tubes/ vials). The interface lacks some features which make difficult its use sometimes but all problems are solved when we have technical support team available 24 hours 7 days per week ;I would recommend this product because you will not regret purchasing if used correctly! We solve problem related mainly with testing samples such manual laboriousness tests : blood count, flow cytometry etc.;.
