Review on SHNITPWR Universal Adjustable Switching 100V 240V by Paul Koehler

Used it to charge tablets for several weeks before I did. I have no idea what caused the overheating. Fortunately, everything is fine with the tablet. I noticed that it stopped working when using an extension adapter. Unplug the power strip and plug in the adapter like the picture and it will work. The strangest thing I've ever seen. (The red lights are off even though it was plugged in and had power, the tablet didn't show a plug notification when an extension adapter was used.) I'm one of those guys who needs to know WHY the elements do things and I've never figured it out. I suspect something about this extension is causing a short circuit, especially since this melting issue appeared just a few days after the extension was discovered.
