After taking this out of the box I searched everywhere for the support pieces needed to keep it upright and in shape. No they were not. Obviously, the rigidity of the doors at each end was considered sufficient. The problem is that although both doors are zipped, it retains its shape better (it still flexes on one side), it's not structurally sound, and the slightest pressure is enough to make it fall on its side . Of course, if you want your dog to be in and out of doors all day, you'll have to leave one end open. You also need to unzip to put your pet inside. If you just buttoned one end and offered support, it's even worse. You don't even have to push it for it to suddenly collapse. Not only is it useless, I strongly suspect it could be very dangerous for your pet. Shame it lacks support as the design is adorable and the fabric is a real eye catcher. I would caution against buying until the company finds a way to add support. I don't know how or why it has positive reviews. This is a design flaw that affects everyone, not just the one I bought. Very disappointing.
