Great cold brew system! We delayed the purchase for so long. We have Keurig and just put the brewed coffee in the fridge overnight. But since our Keurig seems to be dying, it's time to look at other options. I wish we had done this sooner! This system is very easy to use - add coffee of your choice and water, chill and wait for the next day. That's all! Such a light, tasty coffee that will do for both of us. It fits easily on a shelf or door. We are considering buying a second one because my husband drinks so much coffee or we have company. UPDATE: After a few weeks of use, I noticed 2 downsides that need to be mentioned. When the filter is lowered into the water, the solids sometimes float to the top of the filter. This causes the coffee grounds to get stuck and not fully submerge in the water to brew properly. I'm not very picky and haven't noticed much of a difference in taste or quality. This is easy to fix: slowly insert the filter into the water, tapping the filter firmly against the carafe wall if necessary. Tapping vigorously should cause the coffee grounds to fall to the bottom of the filter. Adding coffee grounds to the carafe and closing it will force the water out if you overfill it, which some reviewers have identified as "leaking". A simple solution is to unscrew the lid and tilt it over the sink to drain excess water. Once that's done, I no longer have any leakage issues. Given that these issues are easy to fix, they've added an extra 2-3 seconds to my routine, and there's no noticeable difference in flavor/quality, I'm leaving my rating at 5 stars.
