I like that you can create meals, and it will calculate your macronutrients, calories, etc for each meal so that you know how much to eat during the day/weekend. The interface could be better! It's not very intuitive if you are new at dieting or just trying to learn about what works best for you as an individual because there isn't enough help in creating recipes and menus to guide you through your first steps of this process. You have to figure out everything by yourself - which requires some trial-and-error. If you want results quickly (like losing weight), then using something more straightforward would probably work better than Dietmaster Pro. Having a good understanding of macro nutrients, calorie needs, and basic biology has helped me understand why my body reacts differently when eating certain foods. The ability to have everything in one place, food diary/journaling tool. Not as good of an app for weight loss, but overall very helpful when it comes time to create your plan. Sometimes can be confusing with all the different categories you need to use at times. Also sometimes they change their layout so that things look like something else than what I want them too. This has helped me see where my diet needs improvement (and make changes accordingly).
