I LOVE my knife!
It is beautiful. Cuts very well. I've only had it for a month and try not to use it too much as it's so pretty. This is the only knife I have that cuts tomatoes easily. I don't know if it stays sharp as I don't use it and wipe it down after each use. I wish I'd bought a second one that was a little smaller and maybe with a scalloped edge, but I haven't seen one yet. So this will remain my favorite. I love the rose gold color!
