The price for 2 filters was reasonable so I bought a set. Unfortunately I didn't install them in my Black & Decker Pivot 20V vacuum until 2 months after receiving the filters. Imagine my surprise that although the filter fins fit into the pre-filter as expected once the entire assembly was attached to the vacuum cleaner, the filter fins continued to interfere with the pivoting motion of the vacuum cleaner itself, making the pivoting hinge very difficult. I put my old filter back in and the rotary motion worked freely with no interference. I put the new filter back in place and again the twisting action was stiff and difficult to get properly working. I double checked my setup and everything was as expected: Insert into the pre-filter housing and push down to install the filter correctly. Reattach the rotating part of the vacuum cleaner to the motor. After about a dozen tries with a new filter, I didn't install them. I cleaned my old filter as best I could and reinstalled it. it's not ideal because I wanted a clean fresh filter. In the end I'm disappointed. Next time I won't keep the purchase so long before using it. The plastic parts of this filter are darker than the original filter that was in my pivot. and in the end there was no scheme to remove it from the pre-filter. So I have to assume it's fake, even though I said it's Black & Decker. Or B&D quality control failed. I think I'll try another brand of filters hoping they fit properly.
