Small magnet really magnetizes screwdriver tips. Just put it on the end and rub it back and forth a few times. And boom, your tip will hold the screws because it's magnetized. The beauty of the T-bits included in this set is that they each come in one length and unlike a regular T-bit, they don't require an adapter. Includes a nice little tote bag to keep them together. I used a magnet on all my screwdrivers to magnetize them. Failure to magnetize over time is easy to repeat. Everyone should have this magnetizer in their tool box.
