it is not for long term
I wait 6 month to post this review after taking this supplement every day.It relieved my sinus pressure and skin dryness, but unfortunatelyI have developed neuropathy (tingling and pain) on my hands.The pain/tingling is severe that I have to stop this supplement.I have no idea how it causes this side effect, maybe too much vitamin b12in the body. just don't take for long time. too bad, it is good for mysinusitis
