The best thing about crossreference is that it can be used for any church or organization. It's great to have one place to keep track of people, their contact information, and their involvement with the church. There are some features I would like to see added such as a calendar and a way to send email invitations to events. If you're looking for an easy way to keep track of your church members, this program will do the trick. A lot of churches use cross reference to keep track of their members. We use it to keep track of our volunteers and also to keep track of those who need to be invited to upcoming events.
