This WORKS with G-Series/Pro Blenders

I have a 750 Pro blender, but I've seen this Ascent jar at a much lower price than the 48 ounce jars advertised as compatible G series are advertised, so I decided to take a chance. I've read on some blogs that Ascent containers are G-Series COMPATIBLE (except for the fact that the G-Series doesn't have a self-define feature, so obviously that won't work). said it wasn't compatible with the G series but I put it on my car and it worked great. I emailed Vitamix customer service directly and asked how the packaging was going. They replied and said yes, it is fully compatible and neither the container nor the 750 Pro base will be affected by using Ascent containers. So the riddle is solved. Another thing to note about the 48 oz is that when using thicker materials (like frozen fruit smoothies) it doesn't seem to swirl like the 64 oz. However, the minimum lot size is less than 64 ounces, so it's all in. Compared to the traditional, low-profile 64-ounce jar (black handle, black lid), the base of the Ascent jar is heavier, but the lid is much lighter. So the entire container and lid assembly weighs the same as a 64 ounce container.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
