Not as strong as I expected
Watching the As Seen on TV video I expected the blades to cut through the banana more easily. Not that I need a super-sharp banana blade. The video shows how to use the slicer for raw carrots and cucumbers. I doubt I'll ever use it for veggies as the resistance I felt touching a banana was enough. I think it would be very difficult for my hands to cut raw vegetables. However, I bought it for bananas and it does the job well.
