Review on 🖨️ Gizmo Dorks Filament Printers: Premium Natural Additive Manufacturing Products in 3D Printing Supplies by Geoff Cooper

Really disappointed with this purchase. I've never seen a filament behave like this. It seems that any straightening of the material leads to an accumulation of internal stresses that cause it to break after a few minutes. I can't even insert it into the guide tube when the printer is off, lest it break by itself after 5-15 minutes. The only way to get it through the extruder is to break its little spool and connect it directly to the extruder without stressing the helical structure. It's ok if you don't mind keeping an eye on your print while waiting for a small supply to run out or another unforeseen breakage to occur along the length. It's really unfortunate as the color, texture and bed grip are perfect for my project. I have a working theory that it may not be a manufacturing defect, but that this coil may have been exposed to less than ideal environmental conditions before it was shipped to me, possibly prolonged exposure to high temperatures. I used it straight out of the original packaging, having only received it 2 days earlier. Too bad throw 98% of the unused coil in the bin. I had the dark Sainsmart wood stock for over a year and it still worked great. Unfortunately, that's not exactly what I'm trying to do at the moment.
