Used for mountain bike rear shock absorbers.

I did not remove the plastic screen to check the ceramic. However, ceramic bearings are superior to steel bearings. This is not a placebo effect. You will be able to tell the difference. Oh, and hybrid setups still need some lubrication. What I did with the gear grease leaking through the plastic bushing.
