Headlights work as described and seem quite warm for LEDs. They're particularly weird and it takes a lot of effort to get them to hang straight down like an icicle, but for $1 a foot I wasn't expecting miracles. What I didn't realize was that the LED controller wasn't compatible with my larger setup. in general. When my analog timer turns on, the controller reverts to a sort of demo mode where it cycles through all the available settings. So if I just want a solid light, I have to go to the small controller and manually press settings each time. The timer function built into the controller only works with a 6 hour on and 18 hour off pattern, so I can't match it with my other timers. If you use other types of lighting, be aware of these compatibility issues. If that's all you want to use, you'll probably be fine.
