Review on ๐Ÿ”‹ Extreme Operation Autowit SuperCap Battery-less Solution by Broderick Shetler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works as advertised

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON A FIRST USE OF THE PRODUCT: I have a car designed for weekend runners who spend the work week in the garage. When I pulled it out (less than a year after installing a new battery) I found that it was mysteriously dead. I solved the battery puzzle (my 6 year old pulled me out quickly) and bought a standard lithium ion starter. I decided to read some reviews and do a little research and that's how I discovered Autowit Supercap. It was a new subject and technology for me, I had never heard of it before. When comparing the price to other standard launchers, I found that the difference is actually small, at least compared to the prices of well-known, established brands. The item arrived the next day and I originally had no intention of using it. right away, but my curiosity got the better of me. I connected it to a dead battery but got no response indicating it's COMPLETELY dead. So I used the 12v connection in another car and the supercap came to life. Charged in about 5 minutes. I hooked it up to a dead battery, initiated the start-up sequence, and what do you know, my car IMMEDIATELY caught fire. This item works as described, is easy to use and understand and is nicely packaged in a protective sleeve. The device even looks quite stylish. Enabling a USB 2.0 port is a mystery. Considering that this technology should last for decades or even longer, I don't think that in twenty years we will be using USB 2.0, maybe even 12V. Overall I am very satisfied after first use and first impressions. I hope that the device will stand the test of time as advertised.
