2019 Ram 2500 fits hoses

I installed this on a 2019 mega cab. The reason for the 3 stars is the hardware included in the kit. The fuel line hose was tricky, resulting in kits that I pulled out fairly easily by warming up with a heat gun for a few seconds. The worm drive clamps for the T-adapter were undersized and could have been better quality in my opinion, but I had a few lying around in my shop to compensate for and avoid disappointment with tighter mounting positions. Personally, I didn't cut the filler neck at all. This will make most people a little uncomfortable, but I chose to cut the hose that feeds the main tank. I cut this hose and used a heater hose that already had a 50-70 degree bend to connect it to the filler neck. Basically the filler neck is a pre-bent heater hose - T - a cut off factory fuel tank hose. I did this for two main reasons. I didn't want metal shavings in my main tank and figured it would be a lot cheaper to replace the factory tank hose if I screwed up. This method places the T much closer to the main tank and does not restrict the factory main tank hose in any way, making filling through a traditional filler neck a normal process with high-flow injectors. Yes it is a bit crowded but for me it was worth it. A T-valve and tipping valve is all you really buy anyway. Why pay more for the same base parts? Yes, the valve is cheap. Just make sure you're using a fuel-approved thread additive and you'll be fine. I also have a black tank. So when the sun hits it and causes a pressure build-up, if the valve is left open 24/7, the fuel slowly drips out of the factory vent at a drip rate every 30 seconds. The solution to this problem is to close the tank valve unless you are traveling or actively filling the main tank while seated. My advice is don't buy this.
