The most helpful thing about this product was how easy it made finding patient records when we were at an emergency room for someone in our department who had been transported by EMS to another hospital facility or clinic. We do not have access to those other facilities' files, so before transport would be difficult! It does all of what they say - EMR/HIS integration, but I don't think there are enough templates available yet if you're looking to customize your own reports (such as nursing care documentation). Try searching some more until something fits exactly like yours needs will fit into theirs without too much customizing required. Our staff can easily find any patients within their scope of practice quickly using one search through both databases combined; saves time spent going between different computer screens just trying to keep track of which file belongs where now. The most helpful feature is the ability to add any drug or medication to the system and it will pull up all of your current orders for that particular medication. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product so far. It has been easy to learn and use. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for an easy to use, cost effective way to manage their patient's medications. This software helps us keep track of our patients' medications in one place.
