Good size but poor quality
Good size but poor quality (too thin, tears easily). Probably suitable for covering a container being discarded but not strong enough in the event the bag is removed from the container for disposal. If you need that odd size (capacity) and flip the lined can over to toss the pouch and contents into another container (such as a rubbish bin or curbside garbage truck), then go for it. Otherwise, I advise you to keep looking.
