Ethernet works. What helps. WiFi works. phew It's good. I wish there was a handy app to manage WiFi access for all connected devices. This saves me from paying $11 a month to a cable company to rent a modem. Software designed to help parents control their internet usage is difficult to set up and use. Arris has McAfee Secure Home Internet and you should be able to download the app on your phone and see the devices connected to your WiFi. I couldn't see a connected device. Forget ARRIS support. They told me to go to the web manager. I have made. I cannot access the modem settings. You said you should do a factory reset. I did it. I'll try it again. I still can't log in to Web Manager or McAfee SHI. I went back to ARRIS chat and they told me to do another factory reset, power cycle the modem and computer. After all the steps I've followed, I still can't login to Web Manager or McAfee SHI. If you need a modem with the same parental controls as a modem you rented from a cable company, look for a brand other than ARRIS, such as ARRIS. B.Net Gear.
