The mat was great at first. Due to the surgery I have no weight on my right leg so I will have to use a scooter for the next 7 weeks. My knee hurt from the hard pillow on the scooter. I found this one and it was quite cheap. The memory foam pad no longer springs back and isn't as fluffy as it was the first week. The material was separating from the Velcro on the greave. I need to get a replacement and choose a different item. I'm not a tall person but I weigh 210 pounds and am 5'10 tall. If I were very heavy I would understand that the product breaks down so quickly but I'm average. I gave this an average rating. I have a memory foam mattress and expect it to perform just as well as memory foam. I'm disappointed.
