Review on 🚲 SILCA Pista Plus: Versatile Bicycle Floor Pump for Presta and Schrader Valves by Maurice Arnold

Considering the price and manufacturer I would expect very high quality and it certainly lives up to that bar. This is the third Silca pump. I bought a second one which I replaced in 1986 so durability has always been excellent. It has a very valuable longer hose, a wider, stronger handle, and a Presta cartridge that allows you to depressurize the valve/cartridge before removing it after inflation. Those are killer traits. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that Silca chose to use black numbers on a red background for the scale. As a 6ft 2 male who wears glasses it is too difficult for me to read. I took a photo to show what the scale looks like to me. Make the numbers white or the background lighter and it's a 5+ star pump.
