I bought this because I just bought a new set of chef's clothes, pots/pans and what not. And I don't want to put it in the dishwasher. So I wash them right after I use them and I always just unfold the towel and put them in. But the towel wouldn't be big enough; and I still had water on the counter and needed another towel to dry the chef's clothes afterwards. So that was a HUGE HELP, I can just leave it on the counter and it doesn't look out of place, or you can just fold it up and put it in a cupboard and use it when needed. But it absorbs water very well and I will definitely buy it again. I received a very large size and it is big enough. It was a great purchase.
