Incredibly happy with this purchase! I've been crocheting for years and came across this super cool knitting machine and had to try it as I love the look of knitting but can't figure out how to knit haha. Firstly, I was very apprehensive about buying something without a review, but I decided to just give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Second, the item arrived a little over TWO weeks early! I was so surprised and happy! Third: It works like a dream! He prefers finer yarns like Mandala Cakes, but can handle Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn, just a bit louder. So all you have to do is test the yarn and see what works best (no wool, don't try). I have made many hats, caps and scarves. None of these things took more than 30 minutes from start to finish. It's so much fun cranking out some elements. Definitely works to restore creative motivation when you've lost it! The satisfaction is worth it! (The picture of the two machines is a comparison of a 40 pin generic and this Sentro 48!) It's a bit of a learning curve, but there are so many videos on YouTube to help you out!
