Excellent Customer Support Team, Easy Integration

The fact that it is free for basic use means you can get started without any cost or risk of losing clients if this service isn't suitable in your business needs at all! I think they could do more workflows around invoicing/billing as these are not always easy when using other services like Xero (which we're also looking into). If anyone wants an excellent customer support team then check them out - very friendly people who will be happy about having helped another small biz grow their online presence even further through our integration which has been seamless so far!!

Pros
  • Free trial period to test before going live with paid version, great helpdesk system where tickets have auto assignments within certain roles..etc etc.and there's no time limit per ticket unlike most others i've come across recently..the dashboard interface looks professional yet simple & clean...support staff were really helpful too :)

  • Nothing much just wish sometimes
