Excellent Customer Support Team, Easy Integration

The fact that it is free for basic use means you can get started without any cost or risk of losing clients if this service isn't suitable in your business needs at all! I think they could do more workflows around invoicing/billing as these are not always easy when using other services like Xero (which we're also looking into). If anyone wants an excellent customer support team then check them out - very friendly people who will be happy about having helped another small biz grow their online…

Pros
  • Free trial period to test before going live with paid version, great helpdesk system where tickets have auto assignments within certain roles..etc etc.and there's no time limit per ticket unlike most others i've come across recently..the dashboard interface looks professional yet simple & clean...support staff were really helpful too :)
Cons
  • Nothing much just wish sometimes

Great way and resourceful tool especially useful during busy times

I like that it is easy for our team members who are not tech-savvy to use as they can easily navigate through this website without any problems at all! It's great because we have been able to keep track of things from anywhere in the world via email or phone calls (which was very helpful when there were issues). We also love how quickly you're notified if someone has an issue so nothing gets missed out. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program but maybe more options would be…
