Video backup does not work at all
Video backup is only possible daily, ie you have to save manually every day. This makes maintaining records outside the system extremely time consuming. But the worst thing is that the video files cannot be read by my computer or an online video file converter. You can literally choose any type of video file you want, and they choose an obscure type (obscure subtype, to be precise) that doesn't save space and won't work on a standard desktop. The choices some people make just amaze me.
